A visionary exercise will pinpoint what stage you’re at in your Motherhood life and where you want to be (expectation meets reality), so you can thrive and survive—peacefully!

Learn how to:

*Create a weekly activity calendar – Avoid tedious tasks by setting healthy routines your whole family will appreciate;

*Post daily affirmation statements – Reflect on, write down, and post your sources of inspiration in a visible place for all-day motivation;

*Create a Sunday Checklist – Schedule time for your tasks, family appointments, and personal time at the beginning of each week.

Moms wear many hats! We’ll identify the special roles you play in your life, then help address and prioritize them to feel fulfilled and not neglected.
